Terms of Service

By purchasing a Splashtown ticket, season pass, or booking, you agree to the following terms. Splashtown operates inflatable water parks at our Niagara and Manitoulin locations. All activities are subject to weather, staffing, and capacity availability.

Safety & Conduct

• Minimum age is 5 years. Ages 5-8 require a chaperone on the water.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times on the water. Provided free of charge.
• All participants must sign a digital waiver before entry.
• Splashtown staff may refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe behaviour.

Refunds & Cancellations

Day tickets: cancellations more than 24 hours before your slot receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If Splashtown closes due to weather, you will receive a rain check valid for any future date this season.

Season passes: non-refundable but transferable to another person. Passes are valid only for the season dates printed on the pass.

Parking

At Splashtown Niagara, parking at Nickel Beach is NOT included in your ticket. You must purchase parking separately from the City of Port Colborne before arriving. At Splashtown Manitoulin, parking is free on-site.

Liability

Splashtown is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. All participants engage in water activities at their own risk and confirm they can swim or wear a provided life jacket.
